Ticketmaster Marketing Opportunity
In my Marketing Strategy course, I worked with a team to develop a new service for Ticketmaster. We utilized marketing frameworks, such as SWOT/PESTLE, Porter’s 5 Forces, and BCG Matrix, to understand the company and assess the competitive environment. Based on our market analysis, we created an innovative loyalty collaboration pitch for Ticketmaster that aligns with their target market. We presented our marketing plan for promoting this new service to Ticketmaster users. I strengthened my creative, innovation skills alongside my analytical and people-oritented mindset to develop a successful new marketing opportunity for a B2C company.
